Online to appear new details of the deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard. As it became known, the American company Sony for some time offered to launch Game Pass on PlayStation consoles.

Such a decision would leave the Call of Duty franchise (and likely other exclusive projects) on the PlayStation, according to Microsoft. However, Sony has chosen not to add the subscription to secure its revenue from the sale of premium games.

Microsoft also criticized Sony, which as the market leader is sticking spokes in the competitor’s wheels and is against closing the deal.

Recall that the Activision Blizzard purchase is expected to close in the summer of 2023. It is valued at $68.7 billion
