Eyeballistic Games CEO Joe Tresca has released a new 4K screenshot of the upcoming remake. Mortal Kombat Trilogy, developed on the Unreal Engine 5. This time you see the battle of two iconic fighters: Shao Kahn against Raiden. The arena is the monastery of evil.
The authors of the project again recalled that all concerned gamers who would like to see the classic MK with updated graphics should sign the petition on Change.org. At the time of writing, the number of signatures is already above 25 thousand.
As part of the petition, the developers are asking Warner Bros., which owns the rights to Mortal Kombat, not to ban further development of the project.
Earlier, Eyeballistic Games published a screenshot of Shao Kahn’s battle against Baraka. In August, the authors also showed what Motaro, the classic Kano and Scorpio look like in the remake.
The project is being developed for Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. By the way, recently the creator of the MK series Ed Boon (Ed Boon) talked about how fatalities occurred.
