The effect accumulates up to 3 times. The spear is Saino’s main weapon, but can also be used by other heroes.

Since this is a very valuable weapon, getting it in an easy way will not work. You will have to “strike out” the spear through prayer.

- 4th level – Increases the wearer’s attack bonus by 91% of their elemental mastery. Hitting with an elemental ability activates the Dream of Scarlet Sands effect, which gives an additional 49% bonus to attack based on elemental mastery for 10 seconds. The effect accumulates up to 3 times. You need a duplicate and 8000 mora;
- 5th level – Increases the wearer’s attack bonus by 104% of their elemental mastery. Striking with an elemental ability will activate Dream of the Scarlet Sands and give you an additional attack bonus of 56% based on Elemental Mastery for 10 seconds. The effect accumulates up to 3 times. You need a duplicate and 16,000 mora.
How to increase the staff of Crimson Winds?
Ascension pumps weapons up to level 90. This increases the basic characteristics of the attack and the chance of a critical hit. This is done in six phases, before the transition between which you will have to pay with resources and money.

- 3-4 stage (requires level 60) — 45,000 pestilences, 5 blooming oases of sorrow, 18 chaos modules, 14 luminescent dust;
- 4-5 phase (requires level 70) – 55,000 plague, 9 blooming oases sadness, 14 chaos anchors, 9 crystallocyst dust;
- 5-6 phase (requires level 80) – 65,000 Plague, 6 Blooming Oasis Truths, 27 Chaos Anchors, 18 Crystallocyst Dust.

Chaos module, ship and anchor drop from Ruin Dragons. These elite opponents live in Sumeru. There are about 20 of them in total, but five are one-time opponents, while the rest are restored over time.

Who will use the Staff of Crimson Winds?
The spear has a low base attack, but it is very useful when the characters interact well in different reactions. Note that the wearer of the Staff of Crimson Winds must have a high elemental mastery and rapid cooling of elemental abilities.
The first person who definitely fits a spear is Saino. This is his main weapon, so in pairs they are most prolific. All staff bonuses are specially designed for Saino, enhancing his ability to improve mastery of the elements and play through reactions.
The second option would be Kandakia. For her, this is one of the most convenient options, which improves budding and steam reactions.
