SEGA has revealed the trailer for the remake of Like a Dragon: Ishin! spin-off of the Yakuza series. In the video, the developers revealed the game’s release date on PC and consoles. In addition, a video has already appeared on the network, comparing the graphics of the updated version of the project and the original, released in Japan in 2014 on PS3 and PS4.

As you can see, in the remake the colors and lighting have changed, additional effects have appeared, the faces of the characters have become more realistic and the textures have been made in a higher quality.
The game is set in 19th century Japan. “In the 1860s, the samurai’s struggle for justice should change the course of Japanese history forever. Draw your sword and join the revolution in this thrilling historical adventure.”says the description.
Release of Like a Dragon: Ishin! scheduled for February 21, 2023 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. The project is based on Unreal Engine 4.
