Bethesda brought servers back to life Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, nearly 20 year old shooter. The game is still alive thanks to mods, but now fans can enjoy nostalgia and fighting on the original maps with a “vanilla” set of rules.
The developers have allocated four servers for each region so that players do not suffer from high ping. The cards support matches for up to 16 people. Friendly fire is on.
Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory is free to try on Steam or the MS Store. The rating in the Valve service is 82%.
Recall that earlier Ubisoft announced the shutdown of servers in several games. As of October 1, players will not be able to use online features in Assassin’s Creed 2, Far Cry 3 and other titles.
