Headlight Studio has unveiled a new 2-minute gameplay trailer for the multiplayer post-apocalyptic survival game Rooted.
In the video, the authors paid attention to the world in which the events of the survivor will unfold. In the trailer, the hero visits a destroyed subway station, an abandoned store, and enemy bases. They also showed the process of building a shelter, driving a jeep and using a silent drone.

Rooted takes gamers back to the year 2100, when human civilization collapsed as a result of a global germ war. You will have to play as an ordinary survivor, who has to search for food, supplies and shelter every day. In terms of gameplay, the project will be similar to other games in its genre. Gamers will have to explore the world, find resources, craft the necessary items and build shelters for themselves – this can be in the forest, in the village or even in the city center.
The release date has not yet been announced. On August 22, the developers launched a fundraising campaign on Kickstarter, where they’ve already raised $20,000. CDPR partnered with PUREARTS to release new numbers — they’re based on the key art for the Blood and Wine DLC for The Witcher
