An artist nicknamed Epsilonite showed his version of a possible racing game remake using Unreal Engine Need for speed: most wanted. This is probably one of the best demonstrations of what a 2005 race could be.
In the published video you can see some gameplay where they showed one of the districts of the city and two cars – Sonny Golf GTI and Chevrolet Cobalt SS.
According to the author, this video is his greatest work at the moment. The environment was created in 3DS Max using resources from the Quixel Megascans library. Responsible for NVIDIA’s RTX Global Illumination light technology. The user interface elements are done in After Effects. The sound effects are taken from the original. Photoshop, Davinci Resolve and FL Studio were also used to create the work.
