A gamer nicknamed mingmingcat posted a screenshot to the Reddit forum, showing a scene he reenacted from The Lion King in Genshin impact. The image is inspired by the moment in the cartoon where Simba, Timon and Pumbaa crossed the bridge and sang the song “Hakuna Matata”.
The scene was recreated using a special Serenitea Pot feature (accessible to players after completing the A Teapot to Call Home quest) that appeared in Genshin Impact in one of the previous updates. Allows the player to create a house outside of Teyvat.
Unlike the original scene, which featured a lion, a warthog, and a meerkat, the gamer used a dog, a boar, and a red-tailed weasel. Despite this it turned out to be very authentic. The post quickly reached the top of Reddit, gaining over 14,000 likes.
