DOOM Voxel Mod Released, Added 3D Enemies to the Game

In the original game, enemies were flat rotating 2D sprites. In other words, they always faced the player, no matter how the hero moved through the hallways. The new mod turns them into 3D voxel objects.

Voxels are called 3D analogs of ordinary pixels. Basically the smallest cubes, 3D graphics and a possible replacement for polygonal images. You can download the change here. And here you will find a similar version for the shooter Blood. Now you can play in Marvel’s Spider-Man as “Uncle Ben” – the mud turned the Spider into his tombstone
