How to activate promo codes in Tower of Fantasy
Activating codes is done as follows:
- Start the game.
- Complete the training.
- During the game, click on the chest icon, which is located in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select an item “Rewards”and then – “Redeem” (Redeem).
- A line will open where you need to enter promotional codes.
- The reward will appear in the left corner of the screen, below the mini-map.
If you didn’t have time to collect the reward, you can still get it. The algorithm is the following:
- Open a tab “Friends” (Friends).
- Select an item “Mail” (PO Box).
- Click “Approve” (claim).
After that, promo code rewards will be transferred to your account.

Why didn’t the promo code work?
It is possible that the promotional code will not be redeemed. There are several reasons:
- The server was unable to process your request. There are currently delays between entering a code and receiving a reward. You may just have to wait.
- You have used up the number of activations of the promotional code. You can use the code a limited number of times on at least one account. If a player has already received a reward, they will most likely not be able to retrieve it.
- The promo code has expired. Almost all codes have time limits. Expired promotional codes cannot be used.
