Studio Crowbar Collective, known for Black Mesa (remake) Half-Life), announced a new game called Rogue Point. This is also a first-person shooter, but the emphasis is mainly on co-op (there is also a single player mode).
In the debut trailer, the developers showed off gameplay footage.
The main action takes place in a world where corporations, with the help of mercenaries, are waging a fierce war. However, a team of champions of justice is called to confront them, who will have to carry out complex tactical missions in large-scale locations (airport, shopping center, office and oil platform).
The game features roguelite elements and AI classes (Soldier, Berserker, Sniper, Big Guy and Five-Star). In addition, the authors promise a high degree of replayability thanks to a randomization system, 22 types of weapons, 25 additional accessories, 55 cosmetic items, 11 tactical devices and hardcore challenges.
“Immerse yourself in the thick of battle in a campaign that intersects fast-paced tactical combat with in-depth strategic planning”says the description.
Rogue Point will be released in Early Access in 2025. There is already a page on Steam. The publisher is Team17.
