Players can build ladders in their settlements. The modder made different types of stairs that differ in height and material, and also devised animations for going up and down. The most curious thing is that they can be used not only by the player, but also by NPCs.
Stairs can be built in other parts of the Wasteland if desired, but the modder advises against doing this so as not to spoil the atmosphere of the game.
