Game developer Harrison Stanley of XR Games, who serves as 3D character artist, used Unreal Engine 4 to recreate the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in 3D. 2D versions of the characters were taken as a basis.

According to him, artist Melanie Hellot also helped him with his work. For this purpose, the author also used the programs ZBrush, 3ds Max and Substance 3D Painter.

“Melanie and I went back to our childhood and tried to recreate the Turtles in 3D in a 2D style. In total it took us about three weeks.”” wrote Harrison Stanley.
