Reddit user nicknamed Nebula480 decided to show what it could look like Silent Hill 2, if there were no fog in the game. An enthusiast using a mod removed this natural phenomenon.
The change, made by a modder nicknamed FrancisLouis, is called Silent Hill 2 HD Collection. It takes away the atmosphere from the game, but ensures that you can see the city in all details.

Remake Silent Hill 2 was released on October 8 for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. The game received high marks from critics and casual gamers, but got off to a weak start on Steam, attracting 23.6 thousand people online at its peak.
