The early release took place on October 6 Silent Hill 2 – the game has become available to everyone who purchased the extended edition. Everyone else can start playing the horror game on the 8th.
Players raved about the new product – the first user reviews were “Very positive”. At the time of publishing the news, the remake has a 95% rating on Steam. Reviews praise the project for its chic atmosphere, good optimization, beautiful graphics, excellent soundtrack, terrifying monsters and excellent combat system.

Critics also loved the remake – the average score for the game on OpenCritic was 87/100.
