Studio Microids and publisher Oddworld Inhabitants have announced that the adventure platformer Oddworld: Soulstorm will be coming to Nintendo Switch. On the hybrid console, the game will appear in the Oddtimized Edition, but the release date has not yet been announced.
In addition, there will be two more versions: Limited Oddition and Collector’s Oddition. The first edition comes in a metal case with 24 cartridge slots and three photo cards. The second version will offer a richer set.
The list includes:
- Standard Edition of Oddworld: Soulstorm for Nintendo Switch;
- metal packaging with 24 cells for cartridges;
- three cards with illustrations;
- Abe silver figurine 22 cm high;
- 160 page art book;
- exclusive themed keychain;
- a set of stickers;
- Abe’s arm tattoo.
The game will take on the role of Mudokon Abe, who works at the RuptureFarms meat processing plant. He hears that his relatives may soon be turned into food, so he runs away and starts a riot.
