Oscar 2024 passed without any scandalous incidents, but it was certainly not boring. The main event of the ceremony was Ryan Gosling’s live performance of the song I’m Just Ken.
By the way, the award for the best song was finally won by another composition from “Barbie” – What Was I Made For? performed by Billie Eilish.
The organizers also entertained the audience by recreating the incident at the 46th Oscars, when a naked man appeared on stage. This time it was John Cena who had to undress and named the winner in the “Best Costumes” category.
One of the stars of the ceremony was a dog named Messi, who starred in the movie “Anatomy of a Fall.” A border collie sat in the hall and even applauded one of the winners.
Nominations for Best Visual Effects were presented by Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito. The actors remembered how they once starred in films about Batman and even found their sworn enemy among the audience: Michael Keaton.
As a result, the award was won by the film “Godzilla: Minus One”. The network noted that the actors wore high-heeled shoes in the shape of a kaiju paw.
