The world premiere of Thor: Love and Thunder took place on June 23 and some journalists have already been able to share their impressions. The new film has been hailed as one of the best Marvel Phase 4 comics and celebrates the successful return of Natalie Portman and Christian Bale’s performance as the villain Gorr.
Wow!! Thor: Love and thunder is great! The best fourth stage tape since Shang-Chi and No Way Home. I was laughing. I cried. Then I laughed and cried again, in that order. Natalie Portman FINALLY gets her. dr. Jane Foster is more than worthy of the title Mighty Thor.
Another classic Thor adventure! Love and thunder gave me everything I wanted. Big, colorful, bizarre battles with Guns N’ Roses in the background and a hopeless romantic story about finding love in unexpected places. Christian Bale and Russell Crowe are especially good. And Korg!
I watched Thor: Love and Thunder. It can’t match Ragnarok’s visual or comedic bombast, but Taika Waititi makes up for it with emotional maturity. It’s also a very funny movie (Natalie has jokes) and features one of the most stunning visual scenes in MCU history.
A great experience with addictive action, lots of funny moments (screaming goats!) and a deep story about missing gods and our longing for love. The best movie about Thor!
Thor: Love and Thunder is the GREATEST movie Marvel has ever made! I’m not joking. I haven’t laughed this hard since Ragnarok, and I’m once again drawn to the Marvel Universe in a way I haven’t felt since Endgame. Don’t forget to bring tissues.
Thor: Love and Thunder is the funniest movie in the MCU. The jokes are excellent, as is the cast. Terrifying Christian Bale as Gorr. However, the plot seemed flat and meaningless. I’m not sure if this is an issue with Thor himself or with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which doesn’t have a major malicious threat.
The full premiere of the film will take place on July 8.
