A page has appeared on the Steam service Age of Mythology: Retold is a remaster of the 2002 strategy game dedicated to mythology and legends. The first screenshots have also been published.
The developers describe Retold as an evolution Age of Mythology, made possible thanks to modern graphics and a fresh approach to the genre. The game offers a campaign consisting of 50 missions, new challenges and multiplayer with different modes.
The updated version will be released in 2024 for PC and Xbox Series X/S with Russian subtitles.
A gameplay trailer for the mobile strategy was also released Age of Empires Mobile, which is being developed by Chinese studio TiMi Studio Group. The game will be released for Android and iOS before the end of 2024.
There was also an announcement of the Victors and Vanquished add-on for it Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition introduces 19 new strategy scenarios where you can play as famous historical figures including Ragnar Lothbrok, Oda Nobunaga and Charlemagne.
The DLC will be released on March 14 for PC (Steam and Microsoft Store), Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
