- The game will have two main characters: brother and sister. According to the story, their parents were murdered by members of the cartel in 2003 and the children themselves were separated;
- Most likely there will be a prologue at the beginning of the game (with the main action in Brazil) like in GTA 5, which will tell the background of the characters;
- As for the main plot, the events will mainly take place in the United States;
- The main characters will grow up with completely opposite personalities. While the brother works as an agent for the DEA, the sister in turn became a member of the same cartel that killed her parents;
- During the passage, players visit Vice City, Carcer City (a city from manhunt), Colombia and Cuba. And there will also be a location near Liberty City;
- One of the innovations is destructible buildings;
- The release is planned for 2024.
