IN Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden has a variety of side activities, from side quests to challenges and hideouts. The latter are much more difficult to detect than it seems at first glance. This guide describes how to find all the caches in this game.
Guides for Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden
Remark: If you go looking for caches yourself, you should know a few important points. As you progress through the game and examine chests and corpses, you will find images with clues to the location of this or that cache. However, it is not at all necessary for the treasure to be in the nearby area. You can end up in the right place later in the story and completely forget about the existence of the picture in your inventory.
Mysterious cache
This is the first cache you can find in the game. However, it is not that simple: you will have to follow some key points to finally discover the reward. You can start additional activities in the hunter’s camp if you talk to the merchant in Sinsir Parris’ shop and buy a note.
The poem doesn’t give many clues, but if you return to the very first fast travel point and walk along the beach, Anthea will say that the cache must be somewhere nearby. The required stone is indeed located right on the coast.
But the mysteries don’t end there. The main character will dig up the second strange note. You can find the treasure using the clue on the way to Fort Jericho. Stop in front of a huge waterfall and walk towards the water. There will be a stone nearby.
The next note is hidden in a small cave, in an intermediate location to the southwest of the settlement of Harrows.
The last treasure is buried next to the fast travel point “Broken Bridge”, where you are drawn into the story after the first meeting with the witch on her island. The landmark will be a nest of ghosts, which you could already destroy.
As a reward, you will receive a little more than two thousand coins, as well as three empty fragments.
Homemade cache in the camp
A drawing depicting this location can be found when completing the case study about the presence of “Hamer and Pincers”. It will be in a chest in a small cave. You will have to destroy the wooden planks first.
On the map you can see the hunter’s camp, as well as the marked place. It is located on the river, just behind your base (fast travel point). Once you leave the building, turn right and go down. Go to the water and find the stone.
The robber’s cache
The map can be found during the story quest “The Beast”. You will have to explore different locations until you reach the boss arena. After refuge “Bivouac Kate” follow the bridge (you have to use Anthea’s jump) and go to the house in which there is a locked chest (the key is near the corpse on the bridge).

Now go around the house on the left and run to the river. Here you can tie a rope and climb down. Directly below you there is an entrance to a small cave with a chest, where the map is located.

If you’re following the story, you can’t find the cache right now. Return to your search later. You need to visit a staging area along the river and find a large building next to a body of water. You can first get here by following from the Harrows settlement to the southeast.
The treasure is buried between the house and the quay on the coast. You will receive approximately one thousand gold and forty units of pyrite.

If you destroy the amulet against ghosts, you can break the passage and inspect it regular chest. If you go to the house you will find it The closed coffin of Iris Constance. It’s close, but first you need to clear the fog on the lower level of the map.
To do this, leave the house and run to the cart in front of you. Continue to the right and then enter the mist. Run forward to the coast (if you arrived at the location in the later stages of the passage, the arrival process will begin automatically). Climb over the fallen tree and run to the dead end, and then across the small island to the other side. You will see an entrance to the cave. Ignore this and walk along the edge to the left. There will be a corpse here with a key.
You will also receive as a reward for this musket “Trembling Veil”.

The guard’s cache on the bridge
You will receive an image of this treasure later in the story, when you reach the ruined fortress in the swamps. As soon as you stand in front of the gate of the building, do not rush to get rid of the fog and run inside. Instead, investigate the small cave located near the entrance to the location. This is also where you can find the Sentinel’s cursed chest. Examine the bag to his right and take the pictures.
You should not linger in this location looking for shelter; this one is not here. It will become available later in the story when you explore Fort Jericho.
On the hill you will see a similar building, as well as a waving flag next to it. Examine the area under the pillar and collect the reward.

In addition to the Sentry statue, Red receives several Void Fragments.
The guard’s hideout by the creek
You can find the image in the same cave as the previous clue. Return to the hunter’s camp and run across the two bridges along the path to the northeast. Once you reach the large forest area, walk forward a bit and turn the camera to the right. There is a small waterfall here, like in the photo.
As before, in addition to the statuette for opening the cursed chest, you will receive several elite gems.
Note and drawing found in a cache in the swamps
In the destroyed fortress you will also receive an image of a cache. It’s in a small chest right next to the fast travel point. “Old Swamp Camp”.

Now travel quickly to the shelter “Broken Bridge” and run towards the fortress. Here you need to use Anthea’s jump over the cliff. After dealing with the enemies, turn the camera to the left and find the descent.
Go a bit to the right to a dead end and dig up the treasure. You will find just over a thousand witch stones.
