Developers at independent studio eBrain have released a new cyberpunk action gameplay trailer walker. The video revealed the exact release date of the game.
The action takes place in 2046 in a city called Dragon City. Brain-computer interfaces, bionic prostheses and nanobiotechnology have become commonplace. However, the gap between rich and poor has widened enormously.
The main character is a private detective Xiang Zixu. While investigating the disappearance of a famous journalist, he is murdered, but afterwards the character wakes up in his bedroom and remembers everything that happened to him. The hero will have to complete the task by all means.
Loopmancer has enhanced abilities, multiple endings, 100 weapons, and more than 30 enemy types with different behaviors (gangsters, mercenaries, mutants, bionics, etc.). Roguelike elements are also expected. Every time after death, the hero wakes up in his bed and starts all over again.
The trailer lists July 13 this year as the release date, but Steam says July 14 at the time of writing. Gamers can already try the game for free by downloading a new demo.
