Transformer cat Andrea. We talk about a new trend in short videos

We continue to talk about popular trends and videos on social networks. In December 2023, a cat took over TikTok and turned into different animals. Vivid examples, as well as the history of the origin of this meme, can be found in our article.

The TikTok channel in question is called Andrea Von Speed. It is entirely dedicated to a black cat named Andrea. The first videos with her are very standard: the owners simply show their pet. The cat runs through the house, jumps out of nowhere and goes hunting. In short, nothing happens that we haven’t seen before.

But one day, Andrei’s owners noticed that their pet looked like an owl.

Shortly afterwards, a video was released in which a cat, with the help of a montage of classical music, transforms into Dracula. This was the first video on the channel, which received almost 40 million views.

Then there was the transformation into Darth Vader…

…and a coffee table.

But the most popular video with Andrey turned out to be her transformation into a gorilla. The transformation process was accompanied by the song Becane by artist Yame.

Then we saw to the same music how a cat becomes a seal…

…and the owl that started it all.

And the video with the transformation into a spider literally came up while writing this article.

Recently, the channel’s author stopped releasing regular videos with his cat and focused on transformations. They consistently generate tens of millions of views for cat owners.
