The Boys is a series based on the comic book of the same name. It has become something of a parody of DC and Marvel graphic novels. Superheroes here act as real villains who use their power for influence and power. At the beginning of June, the first episodes of the third season of The Boys came out. In honor of this event, we have put together an amazing cosplay based on.
About “The Boys”
Every superhero from The Boys has their own prototype from the comic book world. Thus, the main villain Homelander is the local version of Superman. He leads the Seven, the local Justice League. The members of this organization are Black Noir (referred to as Batman), Train A (The Flash), Underwater (Aquaman), and Queen Maeve (Wonder Woman). In the third season, their Captain America, Ant-Man and Scarlet Witch counterparts appeared. At the same time, the series does not turn into a banal parody – we have an independent story in front of us with a strong script and really unexpected plot twists. Homelander is the most powerful “super” in the world of “Boys”. He possesses all of Superman’s powers, from incredible strength to the ability to fly and shoot lasers from his eyes. In the public eye, he looks like a hero, but this is just the PR he and the company Vought that made him need. In reality, Homelander will kill anyone who gets in his way, even if it’s not urgently needed. He was dressed up by Nova. Photographer – barabaka.

Liberty, also known as Stormfront, is the local equivalent of Storm from the X-Men. She, like Homelander, is a real villain, only with her crazy ideas. As a character, Stormfront was revealed during the second season. She was dressed up by Vixena Siren. Photographer – barabaka.

However, not all “super” sided with evil. So Annie January, better known as Starlight, really wants to help people. In the Seven, however, she is forced to adapt to the circumstances and even pretend to be friends with Homelander. At least in public. She was dressed up by Akaomy. Photographer – barabaka.

Underwater and starlight
Underwater is a very ambiguous character. Initially, this man was seen as an asshole because of a failed tackle on Starlight, but later he turned into an almost tragic hero. Queen Maeve
Once upon a time, Queen Maeve was a positive heroine who only wanted to bring goodness and justice. But then the girl was faced with the real state of affairs, after which she accepted the rules of the game and adapted to the decisions of the company Vought and Homelander herself. Butcher and Huey
Throughout the series, the Seven are confronted by a team of humans who have suffered the actions of Homelander and his allies. Their unspoken leader is Butcher, a charismatic anti-hero ready to do anything to rid the world of “superhumans”. He was dressed up by Alvarez. Soldier
