This disappointed many fans who hoped to be able to play the remake soon. Ubisoft itself has quietly taken pre-orders for the new Prince of Persia from stores. It’s also worth noting that Ubisoft Montreal is now leading the development of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake. The project was originally developed by Ubisoft Pune and Ubisoft Mumbai.
There is no release date for Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake. It is only known that it will be released no earlier than the second half of 2023. The new “Prince of Persia” is being developed for PC, as well as the PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series S|X consoles.
