Neil Druckmann, Creative Director and Co-President of Naughty Dog, best known for the Uncharted and The Last of Us series, commented on Twitter announcing a remake of the cult Resident Evil 4. In a post, the renowned developer stated that he can’t wait to dive into the remake as the original is one of his all-time favorite games.
Resident Evil 4 is one of my all-time favorite games. I played it on GameCube, then on Wii, and now I’m trying the Quest 2 version. Can’t wait to dive into the remake on PS5 and PSVR 2!
The remake was announced as part of the State of Play presentation. Capcom showed the debut trailer and announced the exact release date. It will be released on March 24, 2023 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. The game is getting some content for PSVR2.
It was previously announced that the prototype of Ashley Graham from the upcoming remake was the Dutch model and YouTube blogger Ella Freya.
