The video chips built into the processor have long been rightly regarded as weak solutions suitable only for office work. However, the new AMD Radeon 660M “plug-in” can run relatively modern games.

As reported, with his help it was possible to start God of War at 30 FPS at Full HD resolution. An important point – for this the FSR 2.0 system was used. The game was launched on a system with a six-core Ryzen 5 6600H processor.

The Radeon 660M video card is a stripped-down version of the Radeon 680M used in the older models of hybrid processors in the line. It has half the number of compute units and a lower frequency – 384 units and 1.9 GHz versus 768 stream processors and 2.4 GHz for the Radeon 680M.

Curiously, at least the Radeon RX 5700 is recommended for the game. A woman from Odintsovo wrote a statement to the police against her gamer son
