IN Diablo 4 is a spacious open world with fortresses, dungeons, cities and shrines for Lilith. Activating it is a quick and easy way to increase your character’s stats. In this guide, we tell you how to find all the altars and provide a detailed map of their location.

Why are Lilith’s altars needed in Diablo 4?
The open world of Diablo 4 consists of five regions. In each of them you will find many secrets, tasks and monsters. There are also altars of Lilith in each region, which must be activated to receive a reward.
Altars of Lilith are small statues of the demon Lilith scattered around Sanctuary. They do not need to be activated every season and their bonuses are permanent. Bonuses also apply to all your characters on this account. Therefore, it will be easier for your second hero to level up.
In total there are 160 altars in the game. If players want to collect all stat upgrades and be rewarded with currency for buying random items from the merchant, then it’s worth visiting them all.
For each statue, you receive 10 Glory points for the region in which you found the altar, experience for the character you are currently playing as, and a permanent increase in one of the following attributes:
- +1 leveling point;
- +2 strength;
- +2 for agility;
- +2 for willpower;
- +2 for intelligence;
- +5 to maximum Whispering Obols.
In total you need to activate 160 altars of Lilith. If you add up all the parameters, the hero gains +68 strength, +68 agility, +68 intelligence, +68 willpower, +100 to the maximum number of whispering obols and +4 pump points.

Lilith’s altars are usually easy to see, but sometimes they are hidden in caves or buildings. Statues can also be found in captured fortresses.
All 34 altars in the Scosglen area
There are 34 shrines to Lilith hidden in the Skosglen area.
1 – Green pastures
South of Serrigar you will find a small path that leads to the altar.
- Reward: +2 strength.
2 – Wealaf turnout
The altar is hidden in a house near the fortress. You have to enter the building to activate the altar.
- Reward: +2 Dexterity.
3 – The unholy pit
The altar is covered with tree branches.
- Reward: +2 Dexterity.
4 – Wraithstead
Look for an altar to the left of the dungeon entrance.
- Reward: +2 strength.
5 – The Great Northern Plains
The altar is located near the tavern.
- Reward: +2 strength.
6 – Laglend Fen
During the passage of the story mission, you will come across an altar along the way.
- Reward: +2 Willpower.
7 – Outlaws forest
Find the bandit camp, where Lilith’s altar is.
- Reward: +2 Willpower.
8 – The old woods
South of the entrance to Tur Dulra you will see an altar.
- Reward: +2 for intelligence.
9 – The old woods
The altar is well hidden. Find a cave at the bottom of the forest.
- Reward: +2 Dexterity.
10 – Shadow Wood
You need to find the cliff on which Lilith’s altar is located.
- Reward: +2 for intelligence.
11 – The Witan wolden
There is an altar in the clearing next to the estate.
- Reward: +2 Dexterity.
12 – Old forest clearing
The altar is at the top of the area and next to the labyrinth.
- Reward: +2 Dexterity.
13 – The ancient woods
In the forest, at the top of the location.
- Reward: +2 Dexterity.
14 – Winding stream
Just below the teleport point, by the river.
- Reward: +2 Dexterity.
15 – Gloom Pine Pass
The altar is located between stones and trees. It’s hard to notice.
- Reward: +2 strength.
16 – Maddux Hill
Look for an altar east of the dungeon on a small rock.
- Reward: +2 for intelligence.
17 – Dead Forest
Focus on a large tree, the altar is located nearby.
- Reward: +2 Willpower.
18 – Dead Forest
The altar is hard to miss, it is located at the entrance to the dungeon.
- Reward: +2 strength.
19 – The withered scrubs
In the upper part of the area it is clearly visible.
- Reward: +2 strength.
20 – The Daudur Turven
The altar is located below the red zone in a small corner.
- Reward: +2 for intelligence.
21 – The Valley of Blood
Slightly higher than the previous one, activate immediately after.
- Reward: +2 Willpower.
22 – Ancestor heights
You can get here during the second act of the Diablo 4 storyline. The quest is called Encroaching Shadows.
- Reward: +2 for intelligence.
23 – Wailing Coast
Lilith’s altar is located at the entrance to the dungeon.
- Reward: +2 strength.
24 – Razor Schools
Go up from the portal.
- Reward: +2 strength.
25 – Torstrath
Find a small hut. The statue of Lilith can only be seen when you enter the building.
- Reward: +2 Willpower.
26 – Bronagh
Near the entrance to the dungeon.
- Reward: +2 Willpower.
27 – Fiambra (Fiabre)
Look for the altar at the top of the hill on the right side of the region.
- Reward: +2 Willpower.
28 – Murderine Lodge
The altar is hidden in the fortress of Moordaine Lodge. It is not necessary to complete the task and kill everyone in the fortress. Just run in, activate the altar and leave.
- Reward: +2 Willpower.
29 – Loch Raeth
Go to the left of the portal and go along the river.
- Reward: +2 strength.
30 – The old mining works
In the center of the region. Between the portal and the dungeon.
- Reward: +2 for intelligence.
31 – Stormbreak Bay
On the border of locations there will be a dungeon nearby.
- Reward: +2 strength.
32 – The cursed steep slopes
At the top of the map, Lilith’s altar is hidden among the rocks.
- Reward: +2 Dexterity.
33 – The cursed bay
Use the winches to get to the altar.
- Reward: +2 strength.
34 – Tur Dulra
The altar is hidden in the fortress. It is not necessary to complete the task and kill everyone in the fortress. Move along the paths until you find a fragile stump. Break it and jump to the altar.
- Reward: +2 for intelligence.
