How to find all the treasures, essences, chests and data slots in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

IN Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has a detailed map with all the items you might be interested in. But in order for them to appear, you need to perform some non-obvious actions. In this guide we describe how to find all the chests, treasures and other useful items on the map.

Early in the game, the map in Jedi: Survivor can feel useless. In the beginning you will only see closed passages and undiscovered areas. However, after the upgrades, chests, essences, seed pods, echoes from the Force, and treasures are displayed on the map. There are a total of five map upgrades in the game and we highly recommend finding them all.

Go to the Phon’Qi Caves in Koboh.

Go through the cave. After that you will find yourself in a spacious location. Run across the puddle, turn right and use the flying alien to cross the gap to the other side.

Go around the perimeter of the building. Behind the building there is an entrance to the basement you need.

Run to the right and squeeze through the hole. Go forward through the tunnel and turn right at the fork. Lift the iron object with the Force and jump down.

Turn right in the next room. Go forward and jump into the hole. Then go down even lower.

Use the rope to fly across. Go forward, turn right and fly to the other side of the abyss. Go left. The floor below you collapses and you find yourself one level below.

Go over the green barrier. Use the acid ball to break through the passage in the tunnel.

The next ball is on the left, near the ceiling. Use it to break through the obstacle on the right.

In the place where there was a ball of acid, another will appear. With it you need to destroy the next barrier.

At the next location, you’ll face a mini-boss fight. Defeat him and enter the room on the left. There you need to climb the grid on the left and break through the green barrier. Behind it you will find a terminal with an upgrade for your card.

Essences are a special type of upgrade that allow you to increase health, strength, and the number of slots for perks. We’ve covered the latter type of improvements in a separate guide. To make them appear on your map, go to the Untamed Downs location on Koboh.

Find a passage in the rock. Enter the cave and move forward. Go down with the elevator.

There you will find a puzzle with seven terminals. To unlock them, you need to find certain perks as you progress through the game. Full list:

Once you’ve found them all, interact with the last terminal, which is on the other side of the meditation spot. After that, all essences will be displayed on your map.

Hire gardener Pili in Jedha. We have indicated on the map where to find it.

Run straight ahead and cross the abyss with a rope. There you will find Pili.

Then go to the roof of Pyloon’s Saloon in Koboh.

We will devote a separate guide to the location of plants. After all seeds have been planted, the overgrown terminal is available for interaction. Thanks to him, icons of other plants appear on your map.

Go to Nova Garon, which is located in the Central Command region.

Run through the hallway to the end and get into the elevator. Climb down and then turn left. At the fork, turn left again. Take the elevator up. On the left is a terminal with a map upgrade.

To get started, you need to go through three paths: “Conviction”, “Persistence” (Persistence) and “Recovery” (Recovery). Soon we will devote a thematic guide to them. When you’re done, head to the Wayfinder’s Tomb, which is located in Jedha. It is located in the middle of the Arid Flats.

Climb to the top of the cliff. Stand on the circular platform and go down. Then use the terminal. After that, the location of all treasures will appear on your map.
