Publisher Nacon and developer studio Passtech Games (authors Curse of the Dead Gods released an isometric action adventure game with roguelike elements on Steam called Early Access Ravenswatch, made in the style of dark fantasy. Gamers have already published the first reviews of the project.
At the time of writing the news, the game’s rating is 61%.
Since Ravenswatch is currently in Early Access, there is only a limited amount of content available to players. The game has six playable characters (Little Red Riding Hood, Pied Piper, Beowulf, Snow Queen, Aladdin, and Melusina) and one chapter. The developers promise to actively release updates.
“Night terrors filled Reverie and distorted everything they could touch. It’s time to hone your skills and challenge the creatures of the Nightmare – this will help the unique abilities of heroes descended from the pages of folk tales”says the description.
According to the authors, they were inspired by folk legends and stories when creating the game. While passing gamers, a procedural generation of a map with a large number of different enemies awaits. There is a pumping system and the ability to improve character with the help of equipment.
You can buy Ravenswatch on Steam for 639 rubles with a 10% discount (valid until April 13). The full release will take place in 2024 on both PC and consoles (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch).
