Gaijin Entertainment has announced a major update “Heavenly Guardians” for War Thunder, which will introduce new maps for air and ground combat, as well as all-new military gear.

With the release of the update, the Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and artillery system comes into play, armed with 12 surface-to-air missiles and 30mm rapid-fire cannons. He can find enemy equipment at a distance of up to 20 kilometers and simultaneously track four targets at once.
The patch also adds the AH-6M Little Bird helicopter. It is poorly protected, but well armed and has great speed. The pilot will be able to hit targets with machine guns, unguided and guided missiles, as well as Hellfire II ATGMs.

Finally, the update introduces an all-new map called “Pyrenees” designed for aerial combat. There will also be winter versions of some old maps: Seversk-13, Ardennes and Maginot Line. Atomic Heart twins have an Instagram profile*
