How to make a spear
This is arguably the first thrown weapon in the game and the easiest to get. To create it, you need a small number of simple resources:

- Knife – not lost after use.
You can make several copies at once, if, for example, you did not use one in close combat, but threw it at the enemy.
How to make a club
Blunt weapons will also not stand aside and will become a reliable ally in close combat. To make a stick you will need:

Rope can be found in boxes or in native camps scattered around the map. Usually it can be found in tents or next to them.
How to make a homemade bow and arrow
A homemade bow is a good weapon for hunting and protection against cannibals. To make it, you need to find a rope. We have described the approximate location of this resource above. You will also find the rope by simply walking through the story and visiting various points of interest.
To make a bow you will need:

Arrows can be crafted in inventory or printed on a 3D printer. Also, consumables can often be found in large quantities in bunkers and dungeons.

Arrow feathers are harvested from all birds. Just use the spear to ambush the bird sitting on the ground.
Where to find a modern axe
At the beginning of the game you will find a battle ax, but there is also a more advanced version of it, which is not easy to find. In the screenshots below, we indicated the location on the map, as well as the characteristics of the weapon, which are an order of magnitude higher than those of the starting axe.
Where can you find a gun
Firearms will likely be one of the most effective at the start of the game, and generally throughout the gameplay. The gun is easy to find, especially considering its location is marked with a purple marker on the map. The item is in an inflatable raft that floats in the bay.
Swimming to it is not very difficult, but we note that you can be attacked by sharks on the way. Sharks deal different types of damage depending on the difficulty you’re playing on. For example, on the Normal difficulty, one bite costs about a quarter of the protagonist’s health. On difficulty, the same shot costs a little less than half the bar of vitality. Make sure to restore health before sailing for weapons. We also recommend making a healing mix. The simplest first aid kit is made from the following ingredients:
- Yarrow (1);
- Aloe (1).
If you swim all the way to the boat, you won’t find any medicine on it, so get ready on shore.
How to find a shocker
This weapon is not a lethal weapon, but in some situations it can save your life. He is able to render the enemy immobile for a while. You’ll find it at the beginning of the game, but we don’t recommend running straight into the cave. First, find a gun, stock up on medicine and arrows for a bow. The location is in the screenshot below.
The gun itself is found by a corpse hanging from the ceiling at the end of the cave. To find cartridges for it, search all corpses and caches.
Where can you find a rope thrower
A special device that can shoot a rope and find its way to previously inaccessible places. You can find it in the cave indicated in the screenshot below.
You will also need it to find the shovel later in the story.
Where to find a shovel
The shovel is a very useful tool and an extremely formidable weapon that can deal great penetrating damage. You can find it after receiving the rope thrower, because only with its help you can overcome the huge wall in the cave. The screenshot below shows the entrance to the desired dungeon.
The shovel allows you to dig up graves, where you can find a large number of useful resources, as well as interesting places to which access was previously limited.
Where to find a fire axe
The fire ax is a powerful melee weapon in the game. It can only be found if you already have a shovel, as the entrance to the bunker where the treasured item is located is buried. Use the map screenshot to find the location of the ax in the presence of a shovel.
Where to find shotgun
To search for a shotgun, you’ll also need a shovel. If you have fulfilled this condition, go to the place indicated in the screenshot and dig a grave. Break the box with a melee weapon and inspect it. Inside you’ll find a shotgun and a GPS tracker.
We recommend that you save this weapon only for the most powerful opponents, since the ammunition in the game cannot be independently crafted, and the found cartridges are not enough to destroy all enemies in the game.
Where can you find a chainsaw
An excellent tool for quickly harvesting firewood, as well as an excellent weapon. You can find it by entering the underground bunker marked on the map.
By holding down the RMB button, you can deal constant damage to the enemy. The chainsaw is in the corpse of a man.
Where can you find a katana
This beautiful melee weapon can be found later in the story, after finding another key card.
Look around all the rooms in the bunker, because here you will find a large amount of useful supplies. The katana is on a stand in one of these rooms.
