Independent studio World Makers has announced an unusual first-person horror action game with sandbox elements and multiplayer called Deceit 2. The developers showed off the trailer.
The project tells about nine strangers who are trapped. Two of them hide a terrible truth, which the other characters will have to discover.
“Deceit 2 is a social psychological horror game for 6-9 players, two of whom are infected. While the infected follow the Game Master’s orders, the innocent must work together to avoid falling victim to the ritual and identify those conspiring against them. But who can you trust? – says the description.
To achieve their goal, gamers will have to manipulate, confuse and cheat. Infected players can activate special altars that can alter reality and transport everyone to a parallel world. In them, the innocent characters are the weakest, but they can overpower the infected heroes if they manage to force them out of this reality.
