game Euro Truck Simulator 2 has been around for over ten years now. Constant additions from developers and mods, either in the Steam workshop or on third-party sites, help maintain interest. In this collection we have collected the most interesting and relevant adjustments for you.

How to install mods for Euro Truck Simulator 2
If you have a Steam version of the game, just open the desired mod in the Steam Workshop and click the green “Subscribe” button. Additional files will automatically download and be available the next time you launch the game.
You can also install third-party mods that bypass the Steam Workshop. To do this, copy the downloaded files to the folder “My Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod”or extract the archive to this path (depending on the file format).
Real Traffic Density ETS2 (1.46) – increasing the density of cars on the road
The default density and intensity of traffic in the game is greatly underestimated in order not to burden the system. But in the past 10 years, computers have become more powerful, so you don’t have to worry about the extra load. With this mod, the flow of cars will increase during the day, especially during rush hours. As a bonus, there is a new behavior for passenger cars, which can now overtake or accelerate up to 35% of their normal speed.

Map “Mario” v1.46.2 – additional map from North America to Africa
This is not a thematic map and has nothing to do with Plumber Mario. Most likely, the name was established based on the author’s nickname – Mario1961. The mod covers 700 cities and expands the borders, adding America, part of Africa, Ukraine, Belarus and part of Russia. Of the minuses can be noted a long installation, but it’s worth it.
For the customization to work properly, you need all existing official map add-ons.
