Attentive users have noticed a mysterious page in SteamDB from an unnamed Valve project. Some gamers even started to think that the company might be preparing a new game.

The page appeared on January 4. According to dataminer Tyler McVicker, who has spent years cracking secrets on Steam, these config files are “tailor-made for major releases that Valve manages.

Sometimes this refers to sales or hardware and software updates. Tyler McVicker also noted that just as the page was being created, the development team CS:GO has made changes to the game files. Maybe it’s related in some way. In addition, it is speculated that the page may be related to Neon Prime (Valve’s new in-universe game dot 2).

Reddit has already started a heated discussion about this. Some gamers are hoping for The Orange Box 2 (Valve’s new compilation), portal 3, Half Life 3 and Left 4 Kill 3.

Recall that Valve previously announced a new sale on Steam, which will take place from February 20 to February 27. Chel came up with a wonderful use for his broken gamepad
