Well-known insider Tom Henderson (Tom Henderson) knows that for sure GTA 6 will be announced in 2023. It is worth noting that the official development of the game became known at the beginning of this year, but the process of creating the project, of course, began much earlier.
As for the release, Tom Henderson believes it will take place two years after the announcement. That is, expect the game’s release to be in 2025.
It is notable that Rockstar Games followed this practice before. For example, GTA 5 was announced in 2011 and released in 2013. The same thing happened with Red Dead Redemption 2, announced in 2016 and released in 2018.
On Reddit, some gamers fear that Rockstar may be delaying the release of the PC version, as happened with previous installments.
