The network has a new trailer for the anime series based on it NieR: Automata. A new video was dedicated to the main character – androids 2B and 9S. Fans of the game will surely see many familiar scenes in the video – the plot of the anime will repeat the history of the RPG. However, they also promise new scenes that were only in the manga.
The show is produced by A-1 Pictures, which produced the anime Kaguya-sama: Love Is War, The Seven Deadly Sins, and Sword Art Online. The directors were Ryoji Masuyama and Yoko Taro, the creator of the game. The first episode will premiere on January 7, 2023. Crunchyroll will release the anime outside of Japan.
