It turned out to be a bug with the price and at the time of writing the news it was fixed. Support in the store reportedthat some players will still leave the purchased pre-order keys as a Christmas present.
For example, in the Brazilian region, the Resident Evil 4 key was sold for only 50 reais (about 680 rubles).
