Metagame Industries has revealed a new dark action/RPG called Abyss World. The developers showed off a gameplay trailer, where you can see the in-game world, combat, and cutscene clips.
“The action of the game takes place in a mysterious world called Nordinia, filled with ancient secrets. Explore this vast world and go to the furthest corners”says the description.
Among the features, developers emphasize a variety of locations and a “living” world in which the formation of history and events depends on the decisions of the player.

Judging by the trailer, the project is inspired by the Dark Souls series. For example, souls will also be involved, but not only pumping will depend on them, but also the ability to establish relationships with carriers and learn their stories. The graphics are built on the Unreal Engine 5 engine. The release will take place in 2023 on PC and PS5.
