After the release of the nextgen version Witcher 3 players started complaining about poor optimization. But this turned out not to be the only problem.

Those who played the updated version noticed that the bed scene with Yennefer disappeared from the game, which was seen during the passage of the quest “There’s no place like home”. The players even found a possible cause. The reason for this was probably the adjustment of Immersive Real-time Cutscenes built into the remaster, improving the videos. The mod’s author couldn’t redo some scenes – the video with Yennefer was one of them. Players believe that CD Projekt RED did not do this on purpose, and the scene will be returned by releasing a patch.

Updated: As it turned out, this scene was not cut from the remaster. Probably, the players who talked about the removal just encountered a bug.

CD Projekt RED recently filmed and released a 5 minute live-action short that showed the backstory The Witcher 3. Also a model from Moscow cosplayed Triss Merigold from The Witcher 3 with high quality. They showed an eerily realistic bust of Daenerys from Game of Thrones
