CD Projekt RED promised that the nextgen version The Witcher 3 will have a lot of surprises that didn’t make it to the patch notes. And so it happened. Thus, the developers quietly corrected one of the shortcomings of the original game, which over the years has become a meme.
We are talking about the castle of Vronitsa, where the Bloody Baron lives. Geralt will visit this place more than once, but to talk to the character you have to make a big detour around the village all the time. In the ramaster, CDPR has created an additional fast travel point, which is located near the Baron’s house.

This is far from the only improvement the developers have in store. It also became known that the patch changed the characteristics of the legendary sword “The Blade of Winter”, which Crach An Craite gives to Geralt. In the original game, the weapon was rather weak, but in the remaster, the damage increases with the level of the protagonist.
Earlier, the owners of the PC version of The Witcher complained about poor optimization. The game can even slow down on powerful machines with RTX video cards. An enthusiast made a Christmas tree toy in the shape of a retro computer and *drumroll* launched Doom on it
