Valve published a list of the most popular hardware among Steam users in November 2022.
NVIDIA GTX 1650 unexpectedly turned out to be the most popular video card – it is used by 6.05% of players. It replaced the NVIDIA GTX 1060, which had dominated Steam for years. The number of users with Windows 10 decreased by 3.31%, while the number of players with Windows 11 increased by 4.61%.
The most popular hardware in November:
- Operating System – Windows 10 (65.60%);
- RAM – 16 GB (52.62%);
- Processor – 6 cores (32.60%);
- Video Card – NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (6.05%);
- Video memory – 8 GB (26.22%);
- Screen resolution – 1920×1080 (65.06%);
- Language – English (35.62%);
- HDD / SDD space – more than 1 TB (47.97%);
- VR Headset – Oculus Quest 2 (41.12%).
