Streamer EvilToaster talked about a user nicknamed Draco, who attached a motor with a wheel to an ordinary construction glove. This allowed him to quickly scroll the mouse wheel and use two of the abilities of a character named Angel from survey.
The motor on the glove speeds up scrolling through the list of skills, allowing them to be used almost simultaneously. According to EvilToaster, this device was first used during a competition. Draco was later approached by PC Gamers. He explained how it works and showed the device. Initially, the author planned to build a motor in the mouse itself, but this required a 3D printer and modeling skills. So he limited himself to a simpler option.
