EA has officially announced a new The Sims with the working title Project Rene. The game is currently in a very early stage of development. The release will take place no earlier than 2024 on PC and mobile platforms.
Frames of an early version of the project appeared on the network, where the developers showed one of the features of the new part – the free movement of objects.
Among other features of Project Rene, the authors emphasize cross-play, enhanced artificial intelligence, the ability to connect with other gamers for collaborative construction, and extensive customization options – players can change parts of objects, their color and material. According to the authors, the new The Sims will be a creative platform where you can create your own content and share it with others. Closed testing will take place prior to release.
