Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed allows users from multiple platforms to play together. This feature is enabled by default, but if you need to disable it, follow these steps:
- Go to “Options”.
- Click “Game Process”.

How can you join a friend or invite to the game?
To invite a friend you have to start the game, go to the fire station and press the hotkey Shift+F3 (on PC for Epic Games Store). An additional menu appears. “Friends”in which you can invite one of the comrades or participate yourself.

Co-op match does not start. Can’t join another player
It also happens that players cannot join friends. There can be several reasons:
- The player you are trying to join has not yet completed the tutorial missions.
- The player whose lobby you want to enter is doing story missions.
- User lobby is full.
Story missions become available in the fire station from time to time. They cannot be skipped or cancelled. In order to play with comrades again, gamers must complete part of the storyline. When the message appears in the top right corner of the screen “Catch ghosts and explore their world”you can play together.
If you try to join a player who is in a match with no available seats (no character is a bot), the connection will fail. We will have to wait for such a player to finish the game.
Can I connect to a player from another platform?
There is currently no such feature in the game. You can only visit the lobby of friends on your platform.
Turn voice chat on and off
You don’t need to use third-party voice messengers to play together. The game has a full voice chat. It is enabled by default. To activate the microphone, press the key “T”.
To disable all players’ voices, follow these steps:
- Open “Options” — “audio”.
- opposite point “Mute all players” Click “AT”.
In the same menu you can adjust the volume of the players and set the radio mode.
