BEE Genshin Impact kicked off another “Winddriver” themed event. Participants must complete five small challenges in which they must control wind currents and collect wind coins. In this guide, we will tell you how to complete these challenges and get all the rewards available.
How to participate in the Winddriver Event
To participate in the event, you must meet a few simple requirements:
- Reach adventure rank 20.
- Complete the quest “Wind from the Underground”.
Open the event log and in the tab of the same name click “to the task”. Use fast travel to the area between Stone Gate and Dawn Distillery. After talking to Hun Lang, you can activate the gate and start the first task.
How to pass the “Realm of the Northeast Winds” challenge
Read the rules first. During the tests, you will encounter unusual devices. We will talk about it below.
Wind Interceptor
The main mechanisms that create wind currents. You can communicate with them by changing the wind direction.
Windstop panel
Small stone devices that, when they come into contact with them, temporarily stop all wind currents in the vicinity.
Shelter platform (platform)
There are different types of platforms. The blue platform stands still. The red platform starts to descend after you step on it.
Pass the test
Approach the wind interceptor and select “Change flow direction”. From now on, the wind flow will be upward, and you will be able to collect coins (2/25). You can also use the windstop control.
Follow forward and repeat the action. Here you will find a few more coins (5/25).
Go across. Once the player has collected the Anemo Particle, a mini-challenge begins. Here is the method:
- Stop wind currents with a remote control.
- Collect four particles for the interceptor.
- Approach the interceptor and turn it on. Change direction so that the current is up.
- Collect two more particles.
Run to the hilichurls to get rid of them. Then the lower wind interceptor becomes active and appears behind the player coins (11/25).
Immediately stop the wind currents and move forward. Change the direction of the nearest interceptor and go to the opposite platform. Repeat the steps to activate the mechanism.
Go to the next location. For the first time you come across the shelter jetties. get together coins (14/25) and go down. Stop the wind currents, run a little forward and grab all the Anemo particles. Communicate with the distant interceptor so that it is pointing upward.
Here you will also find coins (16/25). Climb up and grab some more coins (24/25).
The final mini-challenge is quite easy to complete. Turn off the wind, run forward and jump down to the left. Note that the red platforms begin to descend. Try to run through it as fast as possible.
Don’t forget to take extra coins (30/25)and then go to the finish.

How to pass the “Kingdom of the East Winds” test
In this challenge you will also encounter new mechanisms. Below we describe each of them in detail.
lee platform
Large structures based on a blue glow can be rotated by wind currents. Simply direct the closest stream to the platform to tilt the platform in the desired direction.
floating platform
Platforms with a blue glow can be raised or lowered with wind currents. If you must lift it, direct the wind in the right direction.
Pass the test
First, turn off the wind currents and run to the Anemo Particle. Follow the path all the way to complete the mini-challenge. Collect everything here coins (4/25).
Get rid of a group of hilichurls led by a shamachurl and get some too coins (10/25).
Turn the wind current on the platform to lower it. Go higher.
At the top, change the direction of the wind flow so that it is pointing upwards. get together coins (25/25).
Lower the movable platform on the left and also switch the directions of the two wind currents in the center of the location. They must be led to the upper platforms. This way you can proceed to the next mini-test.
Communicate with the Anemo Particle and collect them all. To do this, just run forward. You can use Ye Lan’s elemental ability to do it as fast as possible.
At the last location, you must also collect all Anemo particles within the allotted time. Before interacting with the first particle, you must first switch the direction of the wind flow on the central mechanism.

How to pass the “Realm of the Southeast Winds” test
The next test also brought some changes. You will find special wind power boosters on the map. With their help you can climb even higher.

Activate this mechanism to amplify nearby wind currents. In this test, the device will meet you only once.
Pass the test
At the beginning of the passage you have to solve a small puzzle. There are several devices for you that create wind currents. In addition, there is a lifting platform in the middle of the location. Here’s the method:
- Turn off all streams with a red device.
- Direct the wind flow from the first mechanism upwards to raise the platform. But not now, but later.
- Run to the wind booster console and turn it on.
- Open the wind flow on the device on the left. Fly up.
- Pick up the Anemo particle.
- Walk on the first platform, collect the particles.
- Repeat the previous step with the second platform.
- Jump on the last platform and wait for the wind current to lift it. Here, take the last three Anemo Particles.
So you get coins (4/25).
At the next location, first turn off the wind currents and change the direction of the device to the right. Go back, get the Anemo Particle and follow other similar realms.
At the end you have to go down and also change the wind angle on the last device. This is necessary to collect coins (7/25).
Go to the next location and turn right. Get rid of the slime to get some more coins (17/25). Next you have to solve a small puzzle.
Climb down and take advantage of different wind currents. The first, which is near the column, turns in its direction. Send up three more streams. So you can go back, pick up the Anemo Particle and complete the challenge.
Run to the finish and collect coins. Here you can see a mechanism for amplifying wind currents. Communicate with him and rise above it. This way you get everything available at the location coins (30/25).
