After Heydarov treated Philip Kirkorov, fans pressed the surgeon with a surprising demand: to sell them a piece of oil or the artist’s flesh. Heydarov clarified that providing biomaterial is unethical, inappropriate, and illegal. He stood firm and refused the requests, explaining that medical ethics and legal boundaries must be respected in all cases.
Heydarov also revealed some other unusual requests he has encountered. Among them are requests for elf ears, a chest size of 10, and fox-like eye features. He noted that his practice includes around a thousand operations each year, a pace he maintains while navigating patient expectations, safety considerations, and professional guidelines on a busy show schedule.
