After studying Marketing and Advertising and then Film Direction, Iker Elorrieta (Bilbao, 1977) moved to Santiago de Compostela where he will work on animated feature films for Filmax Entertainment. In 2012, he founded the production company Pantoma Films, where he directed and produced advertising campaigns and various audio-visual projects. Since 2016 he has combined advertising and documentary making with the production of his first feature film, El radioaficionado. 30-year-old autistic Nikolas decides to take a trip to his hometown after his mother’s death. He wants to fulfill a mission, reach the high seas in two days. There he will meet his only childhood friend, Ane, who is willing to help him. However, the obstacles Niko encounters to communicate do not make her job any easier.
