Stylist Jess Seaman shares how to stretch shoes that pinch or rub your feet. He shared his recommendation Sun.

According to the stylist, her tricks will help prevent blisters and flex the shoes if they’re small. He said that if you smear your feet with moisturizer in the morning, you can “squeeze” in such shoes and walk all day without pain.

“This method helps me wear my favorite shoes, even if they are two sizes too small for me. The important thing is to moisturize your feet enough to make them slippery.

If the shoes are new or too hard, Siman suggested “softening” them with a hair dryer. According to him, it is enough to direct the hot air to the pressing areas and the shoes will stretch.

“Be careful not to heat the skin too much, so as not to damage it. Let it cool down and repeat the procedure,” he warned.

According to Seaman’s experience, even large shoes can be made comfortable and wearable. The cold water helps the stylist reduce the shoe size.

“I still remember my mom sitting in cold water in her new Levi jeans. This trick was used in the 80s to get the perfect fit. So it works great, especially with shoes made of textiles,” he said.
