The Resident Evil series, which launched on Netflix on July 14, caused mixed reviews (our review), but became the service’s most popular show in 50 countries around the world. Meanwhile, series director Andrew Dabb is sketching for the upcoming seasons.
During an interview with Polygon, Dabb revealed that he would like to keep adding game characters to the series. Albert Wesker has already been, may soon reach Lady Dimitrescu.
There are plenty of characters we haven’t seen in a while, such as Jill Valentine and Claire Redfield. How do they react to all this in modern times when they see what is happening?
An even more interesting question is, what will happen in 14, 15, 16 years in the future, when will what they tried to prevent happen? These heroes have been fighting outbreaks all their lives. What happens if you lose? How does it look?
Later I would like to add everything else to the series. As for my ideas, I want Lady Di, I want a plant sample, I want everything. I want everything, but wisely and in a timely manner.
At the time of writing, Resident Evil’s first season only has a user rating of 1.9 on Metacritic.
